The motion sensor can be activated by switching the sensor to the Auto position. Place the detector on a flat stable surface pointing towards the area you wish to cover. Allow 10-20 seconds for the detector to stablise and set. Any subsequent movement within a 1.5-2m range will then activate an audible alarm for 15 seconds before it resets to sense further activity.
To use the torch, simply press the push button at the side of the detector and release it to turn off.
