Due to high demand, we aim to despatch customised / built to order items 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) after cleared payment. Stock items such as Meters, EVP recorders, etc are usually despatched sooner.
To save time queuing at the Post Office and speed up despatch of your items, we have an arrangement where we drop off our post for processing.
As such, please note that where an insured and tracked delivery service has been selected, tracking details will not be immediately available at the time of despatch as they are collected on the following Monday when we settle our balance with the Post Office.
All items supplied by Infraready Limited will be despatched via Royalmail or an alternative carrier. Tracked delivery and insurance will only available if selected at checkout. Loss and damage in transit will not be covered unless these have been agreed prior to purchase.
Worldwide Shipping Available. No destination is too far! Tracking and Insurance can be added at checkout. Additional postage may be requested for large or bulky orders as our checkout is not sophisticated enough to process all shipment methods. Customs charges may be applied in the country or receipt. These costs are not within our control and are not covered in the purchase price or delivery charges. Please check with your countries customs service what these are likely to be.
In the unfortunate event of loss or damage we will require you to provide us with information to raise a claim. This process cannot be started until 28 days after expected delivery. The process can then take up to 60 days to settle.
Due to the customised options available against the products listed for sale on this website, most are subject to 3-5 full working days lead time. We will endeavour to post items out sooner where possible but in some cases additional delays cannot be avoided I.e during busy periods, UK holidays, or where large orders are placed. To avoid disappointment please contact us prior to making a purchase if you require a specific delivery expectation to be met. Our Returns Policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and Electronic Commerce Regulations (EC Directive). All refunds will be processed on the safe return of items and processed against the original transaction within 10 working days.
