Gifts / Unmarked Packaging….
As we use branded packaging for our orders, we offer to option to send your order in discreet packaging. If you would like us to do this, please add the word “Plain Packaging” after one of your name or address fields at checkout.
Tracking and Insurance….
To ensure that sufficient cover is placed for potential loss or damage in transit, please add the correct level of cover to your shopping cart along with your item(s) at the time of purchase. If you choose not to add the correct level of cover, a standard delivery service will be used that DOES NOT provide tracking. Likewise, the amount that we can recover in the event of loss or damage will be limited.
