Operation

To turn on the radio twist the volume knob to the desired volume.

Switch off the scanning control (positioned in speaker grille)

Press the Mode Button (M) to select the radio

Switch the scanning control on (turn off when not in use to avoid battery drain)

Set the sweep control to the desired rate

The Scan and Store Feature allows the user to retune the Ghost Box to regional frequencies.  The Ghost Box takes around 60 seconds to scan the FM band between 88-108Mhz and stores the broadcasts.  The Ghost Box typically store between 20-30 stations which are then repeatedly scanned at a moderate present rate for optimum results.  To store a new set of channels (only required on receipt or if you move locations) simply power the radio on, switch off the scan control (the button located in the speaker grille) and the press the forward arrow button marked >II to scan and store the FM frequencies. Once the channels have been stored, just press the scan button and the radio will begin the cycle.
