Working in direct collaboration with Jo Saul (creator of the original Alice), we have ported the unique DNA of Alice into a custom-engineered chassis. No longer tethered to a PC, the Alice NEO is a true standalone powerhouse designed for the rigors of field investigations.
Key Features of the NEO Edition:
- 10,000 Word English Library: One of the largest word banks ever integrated into a handheld ITC device, allowing for highly specific and relevant communication.
- Updated LED signalling: Replacing the traditional LEDs, the LED ring features an 8 segment Halo ring. The “Meteor” chase sequence provides hypnotic visual cues:
- Red: Searching/Scanning mode.
- Amber: Entity influence detected / Word pending.
- Green: Audible word announcement.
- Dual-Line OLED Display: Keep track of the conversation with a clear readout of the Current Word and the Previous Word history
Getting Started
The Alice NEO invites external influence from spirit entities. While in its “Seeking” phase, the hypnotic red light scans continuously. When the internal circuitry is influenced, the scan stops, transitioning to an amber “Message” phase. Within seconds, a word is selected, displayed clearly on the screen, and announced via the internal speaker as the NeoPixel ring turns green.
Battery & Maintenance
To maintain the integrity of the high-speed processing and audio output, the Alice NEO is powered by 4 x AA Alkaline Batteries (Standard Zinc-Carbon batteries are not recommended).
- Battery Life: Approx. 6–8 hours of continuous use.
- Low Power Indicator: The device features a built-in audible warning system. When batteries require replacement, you will hear an audible click or the device may automatically reset after a word is announced.

What is ITC? Instrumental Trans Communication (ITC) is the technique of contacting spirit entities using electronic means. First named by German physicist Professor Ernst Senkowski, ITC suggests that spirits can directly influence modern electronic circuitry to communicate with us.
Alice NEO uses Natural Language Programming (NLP) and specialized code to create an “invitation” for external influence. By monitoring shifts in the device’s internal environment, Alice converts these influences into specific words and phrases, providing a voice to the silent.
User Guide & Operation
1. Powering the Device Alice NEO requires 4 x AA Alkaline Batteries. Important: Do not use standard Zinc-Carbon batteries. Alkaline batteries provide the stable voltage required for the high-fidelity 10,000-word bank and NeoPixel animations. Loading: Open the battery compartment and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
2. Startup Sequence Toggle the power switch to ON. You will see the “Alice NEO” welcome screen and a rainbow initialization sequence on the NeoPixel ring. This confirms all systems and LEDs are functioning correctly.
3. Understanding the Display & Lights Once running, the device operates in three distinct phases:
Seeking Phase NeoPixel Animation: Single Red Meteor rotating clockwise. Screen Status: Displays “…seeking…” as scrolling text. Meaning: The device is scanning and waiting for entity influence.
Pending Phase NeoPixel Animation: Two Amber Meteors split 180 degrees. Screen Status: Displays a flashing, static “…Message…” prompt. Meaning: An influence has been detected; Alice is selecting the relevant word.
Playing Phase NeoPixel Animation: Two Green Meteors rotating slowly. Screen Status: The selected word is displayed. Meaning: The word is being announced audibly and logged to the screen history.
4. Reading the History The LED screen features a two-line history. The Top Line displays the most recent word announced. The Second Line displays the word immediately preceding it, allowing you to track phrases or contextual connections.
5. Maintenance & Failsafes Low Battery Warning: When the batteries are nearing the end of their life, the device may emit an audible click or perform a sudden reset after a word is announced. If this occurs, replace all 4 batteries with fresh Alkalines immediately. Cleaning: Use a dry, soft microfiber cloth to clean the display. Avoid harsh chemicals or moisture near the control panel.
Tips for Better Investigations Patience is Key: ITC is not an “on-demand”. Allow the device to run in the environment for at least 15–20 minutes to allow the local energy to stabilize. Contextual Recording: Use a separate voice recorder or video camera during your session. Sometimes the relevance of words becomes clear only when reviewed alongside other EVP or environmental data. Verification: If Alice provides a specific name or date, research the history of your location to verify the connection.
