We aim to despatch customised / built to order items 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) after cleared payment. Stock items such as Meters, EVP recorders, etc are usually despatched sooner.
Order confirmation and updates will be sent via email, so please check your junk folder if an order confirmation is not received.
Trackig details will be emailed and/or text once your items(s) have been prepared for despatch.
All items supplied by Infraready Limited will be despatched via Royalmail or an alternative carrier. Tracked delivery and insurance will only available if selected at checkout.
Worldwide Shipping Available. No destination is too far! Additional postage may be requested for large or bulky orders as our checkout is not sophisticated enough to process all shipment methods. Customs charges may be applied in the country or receipt. These costs are not within our control and are not covered in the purchase price or delivery charges. Please check with your countries customs service what these are likely to be.
In the unfortunate event of loss or damage we will require you to provide us with information to raise a claim. This process cannot be started until 28 days after expected delivery. The process can then take up to 60 days to settle.
Our Returns Policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and Electronic Commerce Regulations (EC Directive). All refunds will be processed on the safe return of items and processed against the original transaction within 10 working days.
